We at Effektiv are now looking for a wet painter who can meet our client's needs, located in Varberg municipality.

What does the role offer?

As a wet painter, you play an important role in the client's production. You work closely with your colleagues in the production team and contribute to creating a smooth and efficient workflow. Collaboration and communication are key elements in your daily work, as well as following routines for safety and the environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and application of wet paint on various types of materials.
• Quality control of finished painted products.
• Maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is resourceful, meticulous, and responsible. You thrive in a production environment and are used to working both independently and in a team. We would like you to have previous experience in:

• Wet painting or another type of coating.
• Production work, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Quality control.
• Maintenance of various equipment/machines.

This role suits you if you enjoy working in a practical, fast-paced environment where quality and precision are in focus. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and take responsibility for the entire process, from preparation to finished product.
