At Korslycke Bilservice AB, we are looking for an engaged and customer-oriented service advisor/customer representative responsible for spare parts for our car workshop. As a service advisor, you will be the face of our workshop and responsible for providing our customers with first-class service. You will also play an important role in managing the workshop's spare parts, which means you will be responsible for orders, inventory management, and ensuring that the workshop always has the necessary parts to perform work quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer inquiries/orders both via phone and at the reception/store.
• Schedule service and repairs and order spare parts.
• Advise customers on the condition of their vehicles, suggest actions, and provide price estimates.
• Be responsible for inventory management and ensure that necessary parts are available for workshop work.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to optimize workflow.
• Handle invoicing and payments.
• Develop our store with more items.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar roles within the automotive industry is a significant plus, preferably with spare parts responsibility.
• Good knowledge of automotive technology and spare parts.
• Experience in customer service and the ability to build good customer relationships.
• Structured and meticulous with good planning skills.
• Good computer skills and experience working in inventory and booking systems.
• Driver's license B is required.
