Korslycke Bilservice AB in Torsås is looking for a summer substitute as a customer receptionist/service advisor during the holiday season. In this role, you will be an important link between our customers and the workshop.

Your responsibilities:

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone and at the reception
• Schedule service and repairs and order parts
• Advise customers about their cars and suggest appropriate actions
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts
• Collaborate with mechanics to ensure a smooth workflow
• Handle payments

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good customer service skills and enjoys working with people
• Is organized and has good administrative abilities
• Has an interest in cars
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Holds a valid B driver's license
