About the position
As a Service Advisor in the passenger car workshop, you will greet our customers in person, via phone, and email. You will provide advice on service and repairs, give price information, handle insurance matters, and invoicing. Great emphasis is placed on good service and excellent customer interaction. You will be part of a team where we work to develop together.

What we expect from you
You are used to working with a customer focus and creating good customer relationships. We believe you have a few years of experience in workshop administration. We would also like you to have worked in retail or another service profession previously and possess good problem-solving skills.

You have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing. A B driver's license is a requirement.
