PROJECT PLANNER FOR CLIENT IN VÄXJÖ

Do you want to work with the planning of large-scale industrial projects? We are now looking for a structured and analytical project planner for our client in Växjö.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project planner, you will play a central role in the planning and follow-up of large and complex projects within the industry. The projects span several years and include everything from early sizing calculations to completed facilities.

Your main tasks include:

Create and update project timelines
Lead weekly follow-up meetings with key functions within the project
Coordinate and report project status both internally and externally
Coordinate scheduling within the project and in collaboration with the client
Support project and sales managers with relevant planning information

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience in planning larger projects and a good understanding of construction processes and project execution.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in planning and following up on large projects (2–5 years long)
Has good technical understanding and experience in detailed follow-up
Has experience in project coordination and construction order
Is analytical, structured, and communicative
Is proficient in English, both spoken and written

ABOUT THE POSITION
You will start the employment through us at Eterni, but the position is long-term and can, for the right person, transition into a permanent position directly with our client.
