We are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a nursing assistant/caregiver education. It is an advantage if you have training focused on psychiatric care and previous experience working in psychiatry, but this is not a requirement.

We place great importance on personal qualities. You have an empathetic ability, can understand others' experiences, and show compassion. You are calm, stable, and controlled while maintaining a realistic perspective on situations. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. Furthermore, it is important that you are communicative and have an interest and willingness to help others. We appreciate that you are service-oriented, proactive, and have a holistic view of your work. You have good collaboration skills and see the benefits of working with others and can view the organization from a holistic perspective.

What you will work with

As a therapist in psychiatric outpatient care, you will have a very varied and rewarding job. Your work will be both individual and in teams, collaborating with relatives, authorities, and closely with care neighbors and other psychiatric services is part of the job. You will be working with social investigations and psychosocial treatment, among other things.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position during daytime hours. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.

Due to the nature of the business and safety requirements, applicants to our organization must be prepared to provide a criminal record extract.
