Production Planner at Touch Coating.

We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Production Planner at Touch Coating in Lessebo who wants to be a key player in our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Production Planner, you will have a central position in the production flow and be an important link between customers, production, and logistics. Your main responsibilities include:

Managing customer orders and production planning to ensure efficient and optimized production.
Booking and monitoring of transports to guarantee delivery precision and customer satisfaction.
Invoicing and follow-up on deliveries as well as administration related to the order flow.
Continuous dialogue with customers to inform about delivery times and handle any deviations or changes in orders.
Collaborating closely with the production team and other internal departments to optimize workflows and ensure effective resource utilization.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer that you have previous experience in order management and production planning. You are a structured and analytical person with a good ability to prioritize and plan your work effectively.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a service-oriented attitude and enjoys daily contact with customers and partners.
Has strong communication skills and can express yourself clearly in both spoken and written form, in both Swedish and English.
Is used to working independently and taking initiative while also functioning well in a team.
Has good computer skills and is proficient in Excel and other Office programs.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in powder coating or have experience in production planning within a manufacturing industry.
