About the role:

As a Hotel Room Inspector, you will play an important role in maintaining our standards and service quality. Your main responsibilities include:

• Conducting room inspections to ensure that hotel rooms are cleaned and in perfect condition before guests arrive.
• Providing immediate feedback and guidance to the cleaning staff to continuously improve the quality of cleaning.
• Restocking and inventorying the minibar in the rooms, ensuring it is always well-stocked and accurate for each guest.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an eye for detail and is meticulous in their work.
• Enjoys giving feedback and supporting the team to ensure we always deliver at the highest level.
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where the guest is always the focus.
• Previous experience in hotels or cleaning is an advantage but not a requirement.

About the position As a Hotel Room Inspector, you will work closely with our Housekeeping Manager & Supervisors. Together, you will ensure that our 122 hotel rooms, 12 meeting rooms, pool club, and other common areas are always in top condition. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager. Working hours are varied across days, evenings, and weekends.
