We also provide district heating to both businesses and private individuals and take care of the municipality's properties. Technical Property Caretaker at Hyltebostäder

Responsibilities

As a Technical Property Caretaker with us, you will be an important part of our technical team, where you will be responsible for:

• Energy optimization, supervision, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems as well as boilers in our own and municipal properties.
• Corrective maintenance of technical systems.
• Maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems and participation in our systematic fire protection work (SBA).
• In some cases, property readiness and snow removal may also be included.

To succeed in this role, you need to be both independent and able to collaborate effectively in a team. You should have the ability to plan your work carefully to ensure that the quality of the tasks you perform is always high.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education or vocational training in the field or equivalent experience.
• Has experience or knowledge of fire alarm maintenance and SBA.
• Has a basic understanding of access control systems, burglary alarms, and digital locking systems.
• Has electrical competence (meritorious).
• Has a strong interest in service and is engaged in your work.
• Has good communication skills, can express yourself well in Swedish (and preferably English).
• Holds a B driver's license.
