Ersta Home Care is part of Ersta Diakoni and provides support and care in everyday life to enable our clients to continue living at home. We assist with tasks that our clients are unable to perform themselves due to physical, mental, or social circumstances, and based on what the assistance decision states. We also offer joint activities for our clients. We are located in Stockholm, Gävle, and Sundsvall.

Within Ersta Home Care in Sundsvall, approximately 120 employees work divided into four teams. The management group consists of a total of four team leaders and one operations manager who work closely together, collaborate, and support each other.

About the role

As a team leader, you are the spider in the web of the daily operations of home care services. Your day starts with gathering employees for a briefing to ensure that everyone begins the workday with the right information and conditions. The day then rolls on with mixed tasks and many points of contact. You:

• act as the immediate supervisor for the employees in your group
• plan the routes that employees will follow and ensure they are staffed
• are responsible for the entire customer process, from registration and first meeting to follow-up
• manage dialogues with employees, customers, and our client
• handle certain financial aspects, such as invoices and orders.

In this role, you have a delegated responsibility for the work environment and you conduct the annual employee and salary discussions in consultation with the operations manager.

An important part of the role is to develop and ensure the quality of the operations in accordance with Ersta's values, applicable legislation, and the operational plan.

The work is scheduled from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.

Your experience

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant or has education in leadership
• has experience in a supervisory role, preferably within home care
• has a B driver's license

We view positively if you have experience working with the systems we use within home care.
