Are you interested in real estate, service & entrepreneurship? We are now looking for a down-to-earth property caretaker who enjoys taking personal responsibility! Your main task as a property caretaker is green space maintenance and working closely with our contractors as a resource during local transitions and new construction projects. In addition, there will be ongoing maintenance work in and around our buildings.

Fastighetsstaden is a family business that has grown to become one of Halmstad's largest property owners. We currently own and manage 385 apartments and 150 commercial spaces in Halmstad and the surrounding area. You will be an important part of a team of 10 people, where we have fun together and actively work to expand and develop our portfolio.

Your responsibilities include:

- Green space maintenance

- Maintaining and developing our good relationships with tenants and contractors.

- Inspecting and keeping clean during larger renovation projects

- Planning and executing repairs and ongoing property maintenance

Education & experience

We are looking for someone who is practical and enjoys working with their hands. You should like working in service and be able to work well both independently and in a team. Experience working with people in the service industry is also an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should be familiar with working in data systems. A driver's license (B) is required.
