Mobile Project Manager

We are expanding our operations and looking for a mobile project manager! We are now looking for someone who wants to lead projects in close collaboration with our clients, who operate in locations such as Västerås and Stockholm.

About the Role

As a project manager, you will lead and coordinate both large and small construction projects, maintenance work, and mission-critical tasks related to logistics properties and food facilities, often in close collaboration with the client's ordering party.

Depending on your expertise, we hope that the role will also provide support to other operations as a technical expert. You will have financial responsibility for the projects and follow them up continuously. In some projects, you may need to coordinate all involved parts beyond construction production, such as Soft FM, tenant adaptations, etc. The assignments will primarily be within commuting distance.

Main Responsibilities:

• operationally lead larger assignments
• coordinate suppliers, consultants, subcontractors
• contact with our client as well as internally
• negotiate with subcontractors
• responsibility for contracts and bids
• financial responsibility and follow-up
• make cost estimates and prepare request for proposals
• assist with the execution of status inspections
• provide technical support in the operations and propose technical solutions
• function as BAS-P and/or BAS-U in various projects

You will belong to our team of project managers and report to the site manager based in Västerås, but can be based from locations such as Enköping, Bålsta, or Stockholm. You will likely work half-time in Västerås and half-time in Stockholm.

Your Background

We see that you have a background as a project manager where you have led both larger and smaller property and construction projects with knowledge in the building technology area. Furthermore, we also see that you have experience leading installations and restructuring projects.

If you have also built up qualifications in BAS-P&-U, it is a merit as you may perform tasks related to the work environment of the contracts. You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English, and have a B driver's license. It is preferred that you also have experience in financial follow-up and know how to manage the budget wisely.
