For our operations with the Swedish Armed Forces in Upplands-Bro, we at ISS are looking for an engaged and positive Floor Care Specialist with a driver's license who is passionate about service. About the Role

As a Cleaner/Floor Care Specialist, you have an important role in being responsible for the overall experience in the client's premises and maintaining their floors. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with cleaning the Armed Forces' premises and perform floor care upon request.

The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. We may also seek part-time employees at a lower working degree.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements for the client. It is important that you are responsive to the client's needs. You easily build good relationships with both clients and colleagues and have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.

We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language.
