Job Description:

As a warehouse manager at Mio, you will be part of the store's management team, responsible for developing and driving the store towards set goals.

Your mission as a warehouse manager is to lead and distribute work in the warehouse using a coaching leadership style. You have both operational and personnel responsibilities. You plan the work, ensure that all areas are used efficiently, and guarantee a world-class customer interaction at the goods pickup.

You lead by being a role model and actively participating in the daily work of handing out goods to customers, unloading trucks, and sorting goods. Your role also includes administrative tasks.

Working hours are scheduled for both evenings and weekends.

Competencies:

We prefer that you have experience in warehouse and logistics in a leadership position with personnel responsibility, and that you are used to working with a focus on profitability and efficiency. You are motivated to develop yourself and others through feedback and coaching conversations.

You are a team player with a competitive spirit who is good at supporting and engaging your employees. Your leadership is straightforward and clear while being attentive and trustworthy. You care about your team and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere filled with respect and openness in the workplace.

We expect you to enjoy meeting and helping our customers, to be structured, and to have an eye for detail. You are a proactive leader with the ability to drive projects and make independent decisions within the applicable framework.

Warehouse work is physical and involves tasks that include heavy lifting. Therefore, it is important that you have good physical fitness.
