Welcome to a wonderful team in the surgical unit!

We are now looking for you who want to work with us during the period of June to August.

The surgical unit consists of a total of 43 care places during the summer, and our units are staffed around the clock.

Here, surgical care is provided divided into four departments. The unit has coordinators who are responsible for telephony, order transports, and perform administrative tasks. Furthermore, we have support from patient-related services that manage supplies and patient kitchens.

We work in teams - nurse and nursing assistant, and together we are responsible for the patients' care and medical needs.

Interviews will be scheduled continuously during the spring until the need is met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We work for Right Use of Competence (RAK), which means that you, of course after introduction and/or training and under your own responsibility, perform everything from basic care to more technically advanced tasks, all to increase patient safety and make the work interesting and developing!

You will mainly work days, evenings, weekends, and possibly night shifts may become relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

First and foremost, we are looking for you who have training as a nursing assistant, preferably with an interest and experience in surgical care. You who are a nursing or medical student and have previous experience from work in care or nursing are also welcome to apply.

You need to be flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Having a good initiative, showing interest, and thus being helpful are important qualities to succeed in the role of nursing assistant with us. You will need to handle quick priorities one moment and in another moment hold a patient's hand and spread comfort.

You are confident and enjoy that one workday does not need to be like the other.
