We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and have completed the emergency care course. Requirements for the position include competence and work experience as a nursing assistant. You should also have good knowledge of Swedish. It is an advantage if you have experience and knowledge of the Sunderby hospital's care departments.

For us, it is important that you can build good relationships with patients/guests, which is the foundation for good care and service.

This is what you will work with

The work involves ongoing collaboration with the hospital's operations. You will work in a team with nurses and service staff around patients/guests. Your tasks include performing blood sampling, catheter insertion, wound and skin treatments, among others. In addition to care, you will also staff the hotel reception, where you are at the center of patients'/guests' bookings and inquiries.

The patient hotel Vistet operates based on a hotel concept and offers medical services, which means that the hotel is staffed with healthcare personnel around the clock. This means that patients who need hospital care in the form of examinations, treatments, and rehabilitation, but do not require the resources of a specialist department, can stay at the hotel. The criteria for guests are that they must be able to manage their own care, be able to receive and give instructions, and be oriented in time and space. Relatives of seriously ill patients and patients who have long distances, as well as external guests connected to healthcare, are also relevant groups that can stay at the hotel.

Information about the position

Temporary position at 75 percent until January 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. There is an opportunity for 100 percent work during the period of June-August. Start as soon as possible after agreement.
