About the Company

Varbergs Fastighets AB (VFAB) was established in 1970 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Varbergs Stadshus AB, which in turn is 100% owned by Varberg Municipality. We aim to contribute to the development of Varberg Municipality by building, developing, and managing community-beneficial and attractive properties, as well as operating parking services through our parking houses.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a property technician for a temporary assignment at Varbergs Fastighets AB, expected to last from April to September. A Property Technician at Varbergs Fastighets AB is responsible for receiving and addressing maintenance requests, performing ongoing inspections and maintenance tasks, and working on property upkeep. You will closely collaborate with colleagues in both the property team and the company regarding technical operations, energy optimization, maintenance, and improvement work. The Property Technician is a key person in exceeding the expectations of our tenants.

Duration of Assignment:

Start between April 1-15, 2025, until September 12, 2025. This is a temporary position. Limited vacation opportunities. No vacation allowed during weeks 28-32.

100% 40h/week

Working Hours:

Weekdays 7 AM - 4 PM

On-site in Varberg, Drottninggatan 9

Qualifications

Requirements for the Position:
• Education in property technology or equivalent, and experience in property management, preferably with experience in technical operations and maintenance of commercial and public properties.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required as the position involves travel between different properties.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Social, cooperative, responsible, service-oriented team player.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge in control and regulation

Personal Characteristics:
