Summer is approaching, and we are looking for dedicated and responsible summer temp workers for our production facility in Eslöv. Do you want to be part of a strong team in a world-leading company while gaining valuable experience in the industry? Then this job is for you!

About the role:
As a machine operator at our conversion machines or corrugator, you will:

• Set up and monitor machines to ensure efficient production.

• Quality assure products according to customer specifications and Smurfit Westrock's high standards.

• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize the production flow.

• Work independently with a focus on accuracy and responsibility.
  

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old and has a high school education (preferably with a technical focus, but this is not a requirement).

• Has a technical interest and a good sense of quality.

• Takes responsibility, is meticulous, and enjoys working in a team.

• Has a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

• Has basic computer skills.

• Masters Swedish in speech and writing to ensure understanding of instructions and safety procedures.

Previous experience in the industry or similar tasks is an advantage, but not a requirement. We value diversity and strive for a balanced gender distribution.

The working hours are in two shifts. One week you work 06:00-14:06 except on Fridays when the hours are 06:30-15:42. The other week the hours are 14:00-23:06. During the late week, you are off on Fridays with retained pay.
