About the position

We are looking for an experienced industrial mechanic who wants to work in a varied and challenging role. The idea is that you will work with machining our manual machines, and the time left over will be spent in our workshop with regular tinkering tasks such as screwing, renovating pumps, or gearboxes, etc. As a person, you should enjoy working practically and have a genuine feel for craftsmanship. You like to solve problems with your hands and appreciate freedom with responsibility – with us, you will have the opportunity to plan and carry out your work independently while contributing to a strong team and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair: Troubleshoot and address mechanical issues in machines and equipment such as pumps, valves, and conveyors.
• Machining: Perform milling and turning as part of repairs and adaptations.
• Installation and renovation: Assemble, adjust, and renovate mechanical parts such as pumps and gearboxes.
• Preventive maintenance: Ensure machine reliability through regular inspections.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals to solve technical challenges and ensure high operational reliability.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in machining (milling and turning).
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Driver's license B.
