Grafair Jet Center is one of the world's most appreciated business aviation terminals, where the company offers a service level of the highest international standard. Grafair Jet Center handles most of the business and private flights visiting Stockholm and is a small, family-oriented company. There is a wonderful camaraderie with an open atmosphere, where honesty, community, and development are in focus. The position is performed in a security-controlled area, which requires a criminal record extract and employer certificates from previous jobs, study certificates, and this needs to be reported from the last five years. A drug test is required upon employment.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

As a Ramp Agent, you will work in a coordinating role and function as a jack-of-all-trades. The work is done in shifts, both daytime and evenings and weekends under a three-week rolling schedule. Tasks vary from day to day, primarily depending on the number of arrivals and departures of aircraft. You always start the day by going through your checklist, prioritizing and structuring your day. You always work with a ramp colleague; currently, 8 ramp agents work at Grafair Bromma. At Grafair Jet Center, you are involved in the entire process, mainly concerning planning, logistics, first-class ground handling, and passenger service upon arrival and departure.

Your main tasks include:

• Welcoming and providing the best possible service to visiting passengers and crews
• Marshalling aircraft and performing ground service tasks such as water service, toilet service, connecting ground power, and everything else that may be needed during a turnaround
• Assisting with loading and unloading baggage and catering, as well as laying out the red carpet at the aircraft door
• Basic maintenance of ground equipment

This is a varied role, and more tasks than those listed above may occur, or there may be varying pressure on arrivals and departures. This requires you to be proactive and take initiative for new tasks. Furthermore, a positive attitude and engagement are required regardless of high or low tempo/pressure. There may be work at Grafair Jet Center's unit at Arlanda if the need arises.

WHO ARE YOU?

In this role, a high level of safety awareness is also required.

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have a B driver's license
• It is an advantage if you have a technical interest, have previously worked in a service role, or attended a vehicle high school.
