Within Functional Support LSS and social psychiatry, we work primarily with adults who have intellectual and/or mental disabilities (sometimes in combination with motor difficulties) and therefore have a need for special support and services. In our operations, we take joint responsibility for ensuring that safety, respect, and influence permeate our work and that we maintain a high quality for our customers.

We belong to the care and social administration, where 900 employees work across the areas of elderly care, social psychiatry, functional support LSS, and individual and family care. We offer support to Lidingö residents at all stages of life, and all the work we do is characterized by putting the individual's perspective at the center and starting from each person's unique situation and needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a driver in Lidingö City’s Transport Service, your responsibilities include driving scheduled trips for individuals within LSS and elderly care. The Transport Service has a well-functioning collaboration with housing, home care, day activities, and daily operations. As a driver with us, you work independently in contact with customers and our partners. Together with your colleagues, you take joint responsibility for the operation.

Your responsibilities also include ensuring that the bus is kept in good condition and maintaining ongoing contact throughout the day with customers, partners, and coordinators via phone/email. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a taxi driver's license. The drivers have a very high level of trust, both from customers and relatives, so it is important that you are calm, stress-resistant, and flexible in your interactions with different people. You have good collaboration skills and are confident in your role.
