Technical Property Services AB, TFS, is a company based in Norrland that manages maintenance and development of properties for clients who are property owners and users within industrial, public, and commercial sectors. The company operates in service and preventive maintenance of property technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity, and automation. The business is located in Norrland with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with its headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 450 employees, of which about 240 are employed at TFS.

About the Position

In the role of control technician, you will primarily work independently in the field on various types of service assignments. Qualified service commitments, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, as well as new and renovation projects. The work includes both planned and more urgent jobs and is varied with many social contact points. As a control technician, you will plan, coordinate, and perform service and installation work for our various clients. Your tasks will mainly consist of:

• Installation or replacement of equipment

• Responsible for the project's commissioning and execution

• Troubleshooting, action proposals, new and renovation projects

• Daily contact with our clients

In this role, you are TFS's face to the outside world and an important contact for our clients as you become part of creating the future of property technology.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in control and regulation technology; it is advantageous if you have an electrical background. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with troubleshooting of ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. Ideally, you have experience in HVAC or ventilation and want to develop in control and regulation. We consider it an advantage if you have encountered communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, KNX, or M-bus. You who apply have a technical interest, are solution-oriented, and structured, caring for TFS clients and their needs.
