The Environmental Unit works for sustainable development and a healthy and safe living environment. The unit consists of three working groups and serves two municipalities, Gislaved and Tranemo.

Responsibilities

We are now looking for a temporary environmental officer for the health protection group. You will primarily conduct assessments and inspections of small sewage systems. Other tasks may also occur.

Qualifications

You should have a relevant scientific university degree or equivalent. You need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is necessary. You should have a good ability to structure and prioritize tasks. You must have good social skills and a professional demeanor. Experience in environmental work or in inspection areas is an advantage.

A B driver's license is required for the position.
