Part-time Job as Forklift Driver at Terminal

Are you looking for a part-time job alongside your studies and want to work at one of Sweden's largest terminals during the semesters? Do you have a forklift license and good forklift experience? Then we have the job for you!

We are currently looking for engaged and reliable forklift drivers for an exciting part-time job. As a forklift driver, you will be an important part of the client's team and responsible for the safe handling of packages. This is a perfect opportunity for you who want to work extra alongside your current commitments. Common tasks will mainly consist of handling packages for both companies and individuals. You will work at one of Sweden's largest terminals where you will also assist drivers with sorting pallets and crates. In addition to these tasks, there may also be administrative tasks in the form of registration and scanning in the client's system.

Working hours will be scheduled between 07-11.00 Monday to Friday. We expect you to be available to work 2-3 shifts a week. We work on scheduling your working hours both in advance and at short notice. For this reason, we prefer that you who are applying for the position are flexible and prepared to step in at short notice.

You will work as a consultant for StudentConsulting hired out to our client company during the assignment period. We are looking for someone who can start immediately!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We prefer that you who are applying have previously worked in terminal work or in a warehouse. You have a forklift license and good forklift experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once. We also prefer that you are comfortable working independently but are also a team player. The job also requires resilience to stress and that you are motivated to work quickly and efficiently. You are meticulous, flexible, and enjoy working in a terminal environment.

We are looking for someone who is studying at a university or college at least 50% and has at least 1.5 years left in your studies and sees this part-time job as a long-term opportunity. We need you to be available to work at least 2 shifts per week. We also prefer that you are more available during the summer period and during peak periods.
