Summer Temporary Position in Customer Service and Inside Sales

About the Role

We are looking for summer temporary employees for our Customer Service and Inside Sales department. The position is a full-time summer temporary position from mid-June to mid-August. There is also a chance for extension after the summer period. Start date is in May/June, and the employment begins with three to four weeks of training alongside a colleague. Working hours will be during the day, Monday to Friday (40h/week).

As a team member, you will be responsible for acting professionally towards customers and internal contacts.

You will be the contact for incoming and outgoing calls to customers in the restaurant industry. Calls include taking orders on predetermined order days, answering questions, and presenting campaigns. The job involves a lot of phone contact as well as email contact with customers and administrative tasks in our various systems. In your daily work, you will handle inquiries regarding deliveries, orders, etc. In this role, you will be part of Galatea's sales function.

• You are meticulous and responsible, and you appreciate working together with others in a group.
• You understand the importance of being the customer's first and last impression when they contact us.
• You have a good ability to prioritize, especially when the workload varies, and you can handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• You are computer literate, can handle the Office suite, and are quick to learn new programs.
• You are proficient in Swedish both spoken and written.
