Brf Trädlyckan in Varberg is now looking for an orderly and hardworking property caretaker for a summer job of about 7 weeks, starting in early July.

About the job

As a property caretaker, you will play an important role in keeping our association pleasant and well-maintained for our residents. The working days are initially Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 07:00 to 16:00.

Your tasks will include:

• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Weed removal
• Hedge trimming (if needed)
• Maintenance of the association's common areas
• General property maintenance

We are looking for someone who

• Is orderly and meticulous
• Is not afraid to work physically
• Has previous experience with machines such as lawn mowers and tool carriers (meritorious)
• Has a B driver's license (driving experience with a trailer is a big plus!)
• Has a good eye for details and a sense of creating a pleasant living environment
