We are now seeking a new employee for our coastal store Coop Grebbestad. We want you to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, see the customer's needs, and proudly and joyfully deliver the best customer service in the industry.

As a person, you are creative and are happy to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

You will work with all tasks commonly found in a store, for example;

• Working at the checkout
• Restocking shelves and fronting products
• Building displays on sales tables and ends
• Working with inventory and waste
• Conducting self-checks
• Keeping the store clean and tidy

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working physically. Working in a store offers you a varied job in sometimes a fast-paced environment, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery trade, specifically working at the checkout, is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a temporary job of 15 hours/week during the period from April 1 to August 31, 2025, with a good opportunity for more hours during the summer period. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• 18 years old as you need to be able to work independently at the checkout
• Previous experience working at the checkout is highly meritorious
• Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions are meritorious
