About NWT Direkt

NWT Direkt is a company within the NWT Group that has a clear growth strategy for the coming years.

Within the group, we operate in local journalism, marketing, distribution, and property management. We are located in Skaraborg, Dalsland, and Värmland.

NWT Direkt AB is a distribution company that distributes morning newspapers, magazines, and smaller packages as well as mail in Värmland, parts of Skaraborg, and northern Dalsland. The company started its operations on March 1, 2019.

About the role

As a distributor, you are the last link to our customers and subscribers, so it is important that you are responsible and can work independently.

We are now looking for several positions in Mariestad and a few in Töreboda for districts with a car (Swedish driving license or EEA driving license required). One period is three weeks in Mariestad for distribution with a moped class II, you will need a moped class II driving certificate. If you have a driving license, tractor license, or turned 15 years old before October 1, 2009, you do not need such a driving certificate.

Distributions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays primarily. Most periods are between the dates of 23/6-17/8. There may also be opportunities to work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Working hours in Mariestad start at 01:15 with an end time between 05:05-06:15, 12.83 hours/week to 14.5 hours/week.

Töreboda starts at 01:40 with an end time between 06:00-06:30, 14 hours/week.

The current hourly wage is 157.17 SEK/h plus 10.65 SEK/h (to be revised on 1/5-2025). We have a collective agreement with Transport.

About you

• You should be meticulous and have a high sense of service
• Must be at least 18 years old, as the job is at night.
• Speak, read, and understand basic Swedish or English.
• Have a personal identification number (or coordination number)
• Have a bank account with a Swedish bank
• Valid work permit in Sweden
• For car districts, a Swedish driving license and good driving experience are required. You will borrow a car from us, which are right-hand drive vans with automatic transmission.

It is good if you inform me directly if there is any week you cannot work this summer, or if you have another job as well. Keep in mind that it takes longer than the scheduled time at the beginning when you are learning the district. Since it is part-time, I am very hesitant if you live far from where you are expected to drive, so if you have temporary accommodation in the area I am looking for, it is important to let me know.
