• Location: Gothenburg, Torslanda
• Available Shifts: day, evening, night, 2-shift

About the Job

As a forklift driver at Volvo Cars, you will deliver materials to departments and be part of the important logistics work needed to ensure everything runs smoothly inside the factory. We now offer a unique opportunity to develop within the industry.

Your tasks may include:

• Handling incoming deliveries
• Unloading
• Material handling
• Order picking with pick-by-voice
• Forklift driving; where materials need to be moved, handled, and finally delivered to production.

You will work both in a team and independently. The work pace is high, and you are responsible for completing your tasks within the given time frame.

About You

To be eligible to work at Volvo, you need at least a passing grade (or at least E) in the following high school subjects:

• Mathematics a/1, Social Studies a/1, Swedish a/1 or Swedish as a second language a/1 & English a/5.
• Driving license B

It is important that your application includes all documents (see the two points above) for us to make a fair assessment.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in forklift driving
• Experience in loading/unloading from trucks
• Forklift license with qualifications A1-4, B1-4, D1 and TYA certification

Furthermore, you need to have a strong safety and quality mindset while being structured in your work. You need to be meticulous and are expected to understand and follow instructions.
