Main Responsibilities

As a warehouse employee at our warehouse/logistics center in Hisings Backa, you ensure that food items are delivered on time and with good quality to our stores across the country. Your daily tasks consist of order picking where you pick pallets of groceries - everything from canned goods, fruit, pasta to yogurt and frozen vegetables depending on which department you work in. You will have a picking truck and a headset with voice picking (pick by voice) to assist you. As we constantly strive to improve our service to the stores, ensuring that store shelves are never empty, it is important that you work with high efficiency and quality in your daily tasks. You will be part of a large logistics flow with many actors, and different challenges make it especially important to keep time schedules, follow safety and order regulations, and assist other departments when needed. What We Expect

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys taking responsibility, whether it involves respecting schedules, maintaining good quality, or achieving set goals. You are comfortable being followed up on your performance and motivated by receiving clear feedback on a job well done. To thrive in the role of warehouse employee, good physical condition is required, and you need to take care of your health, as you will perform repeated lifting. Therefore, it is important for us that you work in an ergonomically correct way and appreciate keeping your body active. As a person, it is important for you to have good cooperation with your colleagues and to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the group, regardless of different perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, and languages. At the same time, you need to enjoy working independently in the warehouse, as you move over large areas with limited social contacts while performing your tasks.

Experience and Skills

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Swedish or English
• TLP10 A+B is a requirement
• Previous experience of physical work and jobs in similar environments is an advantage
• It is a plus if you have been or are active in sports

Scope: Permanent employment at 100% starting with a probationary period of 6 months.

Start Date: 2025-04-21 or by agreement

Working Hours: Daytime 06:00 - 14:45 or evening 14:45 - 23:15. Weekend work may occur.

Salary: Competitive fixed salary, variable compensation, OB, and the possibility of overtime compensation.

Location: Exportgatan 53, Hisings Backa
