JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a licensed nurse looking for flexible work? We are now seeking you who want to work as a substitute with us in the southwestern city area. As a substitute paid by the hour, you will be scheduled for work based on the needs of the organization and your own availability. With us, you will work with patients in the care and nursing homes Altplatsen, Kaverös Äng, Granliden, and Uggledal.

We operate from shared premises at FO Petersons gata 9 in Högsbo, together with the entire home care team. This creates a larger team where we support each other and share our expertise. Your duties include assessing, planning, and structuring work towards the patient based on a person-centered approach. You will independently assess and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions but will always have colleagues to consult. You will follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. Work is scheduled for days, evenings, and/or weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have a B driver's license. Experience in the profession is an advantage, but we also welcome you who are newly graduated. If you are a retiree and want to work with us, we view that very positively.

Since the work as a nurse is independent, you need to be confident in your role and be able to make assessments and decisions about medical interventions on your own. You also have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole.

An important part of the nurse's role is the meeting with the patient, so we place great emphasis on the fact that you who apply have a good approach in your role as a nurse. You have good communication skills and can adapt your information according to the situation and the patient's needs.
