Our client, a dynamic company specializing in B2C sales, is now looking for driven and goal-oriented inside sales representatives for their newly opened office in Solna.

About the role
As an inside sales representative, you will have the chance to:
- Represent some of Sweden's most well-known brands
- Help customers find the right solutions through telephone sales
- Work in an energetic and goal-oriented environment with support from experienced colleagues and leaders
- Develop your sales skills through ongoing coaching and training
The position involves contacting new customers, where the goal is to build long-term relationships and maximize sales potential.

- Speak fluent Swedish and express yourself well in both speech and writing

Scope & working hours
- Scope: Full-time
- Working hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 09:30–18:30
- Friday: 09:30–18:00
- Location: Solna, in a modern and newly established office
Salary & benefits
- Salary: 15,000 – 60,000 SEK/month
Commission model/Bonuses:
- 30–40% compensation per deal or upon achieving KPIs
- High bonuses for good performance
OTE (On Target Earnings):
- Annual salary upon achieving goals: 440,000 SEK
