Your Mission

You will work both independently and in a team with your colleagues where you identify and prevent risks in care and map the user's needs for health and medical care interventions. In your role, you will also educate and guide staff in nursing work in a pedagogical manner. We document in the Lifecare HSL system, and you will also work in several quality registers. In your work, you will also collaborate with care actors both internally and externally.

In our operations, you will have the opportunity to work with development as we have development projects in several areas.

Description of the Workplace

We are now looking for a nurse for the care and nursing home Björkbacka in Söderhamn municipality. Björkbacka is located in Ljusne in the southern part of the municipality. Here there are 45 apartments (39 Sol and 6 LSS places). Björkbacka is divided into 3 different departments, 2 of the departments are group housing places, the third is for the elderly with disabilities.

Currently, three nurses work with us, and you will work closely with unit managers, nursing staff, and rehabilitation staff. The nursing unit consists of nurses, specialist nurses, and district nurses at care and nursing homes, short-term care, functional support, and home care. The nursing unit is responsible for municipal health and medical care interventions around the clock.

The working hours are mainly scheduled during the day, but evening and weekend shifts are included, currently every eighth weekend. Evening and weekend work covers the entire municipality. We strive to create a good working environment and therefore offer favorable working hours. The working hours for full-time employees are 37 hours per week. Your Competence

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse; further education in elderly care or district nurse training is considered an advantage.

You need to be able to master the Swedish language in speech and writing as the work requires communication and documentation. A driver's license for a car is a requirement for the position.

You are adaptable and see changes as an opportunity to grow and develop. You enjoy working in a team and understand the importance of communicating openly and supporting your colleagues to achieve common goals.

You have the ability to organize and structure your work effectively. By planning and prioritizing, you ensure that your tasks are carried out smoothly and within deadlines.
