Värmebaronen is currently seeking a designer for the development team at the industrial facility in Österslöv outside Kristianstad!

As a designer at Värmebaronen, you will work alongside product developers focusing on both innovation and improvement of the standard range and development of customized solutions, from idea to finished product. You will also be responsible for ensuring product quality and ensuring that all requirements and standards are met and that the company is constantly updated within these. The role also includes assisting support with technical expertise.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Several years of practical experience in construction work with welded sheet metal
• Engineering degree with a focus on machinery.
• Good knowledge of the CAD tool Inventor and Vault.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required, and you must be able to read and understand applicable standards

It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of pressure vessels and electricity.

To succeed in this role, you need to be innovative, creative, and use your imagination constructively, viewing problems as challenges and solving them in the best way. You are independent and good at self-leadership while also having the ability to collaborate with others in a group. You value structure, planning, and order, and you easily create good relationships with those around you. Your curiosity, competence, and energy contribute to creating good technical solutions.
