Welcome as a district nurse/nurse to our friendly health center!

At the health center, doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and the behavioral health team work together. We have specialist clinics for diabetes, wounds, asthma/COPD, and incontinence, among others. Our working method is team-based with rounds, which means that nurses and doctors meet every day to collaborate, plan, and address the work around the patient.

In our premises, there is also a Family Center with, among others, pediatric nurses, midwives, and open preschool. We have close cooperation with the Grycksbo health center.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse/district nurse, you will meet children and the elderly, all with different needs to varying degrees. We work in a close team with doctors and nursing assistants, and secretaries as needed. We work with many interventions and in teams, which gives you varied tasks and broad competence. The main tasks are conventional nursing work such as telephone advice/booking, as well as taking care of both planned and acute patients.

The position involves daytime work.

We are looking for someone who is a district nurse or an experienced nurse.

You need to be able to collaborate easily but also take responsibility. You are service-oriented and can provide that "little extra" to the patients you meet. The workload can vary, which requires flexibility and a structured working method. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
