OMC Barbecues is a Canadian family business established in 1906, manufacturing Broil King® grills and grilling accessories. The company has factories in Canada and the USA. The Nordic organization has its headquarters, warehouse, and store in Kungsängen and is responsible for distribution in all 5 Nordic countries as well as Estonia.

Are you a service-oriented and independent person who enjoys customer contact and store work? We are now looking for a dedicated store employee for seasonal work until August.

Working hours 10-18 Monday - Thursday. Friday 8-16.

Your responsibilities include:

• Customer service and sales – assisting and guiding customers in their purchases, both via online customer service and in-store.
• Independently and in collaboration with colleagues, develop, maintain, and make the store attractive for visitors.
• Order management, returns, and ensuring that product information is accurate and up-to-date both online and in-store.
• Other administrative tasks in the store.
• Ensuring that the store is inviting and pleasant to visit.

To thrive in this independent role, it is beneficial if you:

• Are self-driven, meticulous, and organized.
• Enjoy varied tasks and can handle multiple things at once.
• Have an easy time collaborating but also taking responsibility.
• Have previous experience in retail or customer service (preferable but not required).

Your profile:

• Education at least at the high school level is preferable; previous experience in similar tasks is a plus.
• A "number interest" and good computer skills are advantageous.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Employment type, scope, location

The position is seasonal work until August with a chance of extension.
