Together with Siemens Energy, we have created an apprenticeship program for those who want to develop and discover what the industry has to offer. No prior knowledge is required, and you will receive a salary throughout the training. After two weeks of training, you will have learned the basics of assembly and begin your journey with Siemens Energy.

About the company

Siemens Energy meets the increasing demand for energy in over 90 countries and contributes to protecting our climate. With over 94,000 employees, they generate electricity for 16% of the world's population and strive for sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy through innovative technologies. Siemens Energy develops gas turbines and power plants for global use and has a comprehensive service organization. With 3,000 employees in Finspång and an annual turnover of approximately 10 billion SEK, Siemens Energy is a significant player in energy technology.

Your role as an assembler

After two weeks of training, you will become part of a team of assemblers, and together you will handle mechanical assembly, small pipe installation, as well as fitting and welding pipes. Your work will also include contributing to continuous improvements to streamline production. As a newcomer to the department, you will receive a thorough introduction to your tasks and the support you need from supervisors, managers, and your new colleagues.

The training will take place during the day, and work at Siemens will be on a 2-shift schedule, which means the following working hours:

  • Day: 06:00-14:00
  • Evening: 14:00-22:00

We are looking for someone who...

... is curious about technology and enjoys practical work. You are a flexible and positive team player with an interest in mechanics. No previous experience is required – the most important thing is your willingness and ability to learn and develop. We will provide you with the knowledge you need.

To be eligible for the program, you need to be engaged, loyal, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to handle documentation and follow safety regulations.

We offer a long-term opportunity to grow and develop in an exciting industrial environment.

Let us guide you through our recruitment process!

  1. Application – Submit your application and answer a few short questions.
  2. Capacity test – A digital test that measures your analytical ability (approx. 30 min).
  3. Site visit – Get an insight into your future workplace (April 23 or April 24).

After the one-year apprenticeship program, the goal is to be directly employed by Siemens Energy.
