About the Position

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced CNC operator!

In this role, you will be responsible for machining on CNC lathes, working with both Okuma and DMG machines. The job includes responsibility for the entire machining process, from drawing to finished product. Tasks include setup, programming, fixturing, and measuring the finished part. The work also involves identifying and solving any problems that may arise during the machining process. Manufacturing primarily occurs in small series of products with very high precision.

The position starts immediately or as agreed. Working hours are scheduled for two shifts. The assignment is planned to continue indefinitely with a good chance of extension with the client company.

Your Profile

We see that you, as a candidate, have at least 5 years of experience as a CNC operator. You have knowledge and experience in ISO programming, reading technical drawings, and measurement techniques. Your attention to detail will be crucial for success in this role. It is an advantage if you have previous experience with Okuma and/or DMG machines as well as CNC grinding machines.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is a quick learner and motivated to develop both their own and the team's work. You should have a drive for continuous improvement and possess a strong technical interest. Additionally, you enjoy collaborating with others and consider it important to deliver on time and with the right quality.
