We are now looking for a service professional for our Facility team!

The person we are looking for should be social, helpful, positive, unpretentious, and appreciate a varied job. You are independent, proactive, and take initiative; you see what needs to be done and do it! You are not afraid to make personal contact but can also determine how and when it is most appropriate to do so.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling dishwashers, coffee machines, and refilling refreshments in the client's kitchens and pantries
• Supervision of the client's premises including tidying up, refilling, and clearing away dishes and any waste
• Assisting with various types of meetings and events and ensuring a good customer experience through rearrangements, handling deliveries, and catering, etc.
• Handling fault reports, resolving issues, and closing cases as soon as possible. This can involve everything from managing a coffee machine to tightening handles, performing minor maintenance in conference rooms and open office areas, and ensuring that the client's areas are in the best condition.
• Conducting safety rounds, reporting observations and incidents, and addressing any deficiencies.
• Serving at the reception as needed
• Close collaboration with colleagues in the service team to create a worry-free day for the client

Who are you?

• We believe you have experience in the service industry and have worked for a few years. Experience from hotels, retail, restaurants, cleaning, or similar work is a bonus.
• You are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• You are computer literate and handle the Office suite.
• You are solution-oriented, flexible, and cooperative.
• You are unpretentious and pitch in where needed.
• We place great emphasis on self-drive and proactivity and that you thrive in social settings.

Employment form and working hours:

• The position is full-time indefinitely with a 6-month probationary period.
• Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00, evening work may occur.
