JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As Carlanderska Rehab expands its operations, we are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who wants to contribute with your knowledge and commitment. You will work with physiotherapy at the primary care level, conducting examinations, assessments, and treatments. You will meet and treat patients of all ages with issues from the entire musculoskeletal system, such as pain conditions, neurology, mental health issues, and other medical conditions.

The work is mostly performed individually at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations may also occur. We also work with group treatments such as osteoarthritis schools, training groups, and medical yoga. The job requires a high degree of independence as well as the ability to collaborate with other professionals to achieve the goals of both the patient and the organization.

When you start with us, you will receive a structured introduction and close contact with the unit manager during your initial period.

After the summer of 2025, Carlanderska Rehab will move into brand new premises on Eklandagatan, together with the Health Center and BVC. This will provide new opportunities for both staff and patients. You will be involved in the development work regarding workflows, working methods, and creating the new workplace together with your colleagues.

Carlanderska Rehab conducts primary care rehabilitation and is part of the Care Choice Rehab program. Eight physiotherapists and three occupational therapists work at the clinic. Collaboration within the rehab group and with Carlanderska Health Center is an important part of the operation, as we collaborate on patients with mental health issues. We work within a psychosocial team consisting of psychologists, care coordinators, rehab coordinators, and doctors.

QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to being a licensed physiotherapist, we are looking for someone who is passionate about primary care and sees opportunities within the Care Choice Rehab framework. Experience from primary care and further education in OMT, MDT, and/or OMI is advantageous.

We prefer candidates who have a positive attitude, are unpretentious, and flexible. Furthermore, you should have a strong interest in and knowledge of health, possess good interpersonal skills, and be able to inspire and motivate patients through conversation.
