We are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist

Do you have a passion for creating memorable events and marketing activities? We are seeking a driven and creative Event Marketing Specialist who wants to enhance our presence through well-planned and engaging events.

About the role As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the company's events and trade shows. You play a key role in creating experiences that strengthen our brand and build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, trade shows, seminars, and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate and manage logistics, timelines, and budgets for events.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful executions.
• Create marketing materials and campaigns to drive participation and engagement.
• Be responsible for follow-up and analysis of the events' impact and effectiveness.

About you We are looking for an organized and results-oriented person with a passion for events and marketing. You are a natural project manager who thrives on juggling multiple tasks and is driven by creating strong experiences and relationships.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant education in event management, marketing, or communication.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in event planning and marketing.
• Experience working with digital marketing and social media related to events.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
