Allt i Hemmet is a private home care provider that offers support at home in Gävle. We focus on psychiatry and addiction but also have clients with somatic illnesses and dementia care. We currently have about 50 employees and around 130 clients.

Allt i Hemmet works with Gävle Municipality as our client and we provide our clients with home support after a decision has been made by a social worker.

Our goal is to strive to provide all our clients with qualitative, safe, and secure care with the right support for a well-functioning everyday life. We are a large team with diverse competencies and we work closely together to achieve good results and well-executed tasks.

Who are we looking for?

You should be a nursing assistant and/or have experience as a caregiver, and we consider multilingualism as an asset.

You should be flexible in your working style so that the client feels secure in your work. You should see changes as a positive part of your job.

We strive for good communication within the team to ensure the quality of our daily work. As an employee, you can influence and have the opportunity to affect the assignments regarding your clients to ensure quality work.

About the job:

You will work shifts but not nights, and the position is a permanent employment with a full-time workload of 100%, where a 6-month probationary period may be applicable.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your workday is well executed, and therefore it is important that you are accustomed to working alone.

We work closely together in the team, so being a team player is important.

It is an asset if you have a B driver's license, as we provide services to our clients who do not live centrally.
