About the position
As a property manager, you will work with repairs, corrective maintenance, and general oversight of the properties. It is a social and service-oriented role where you need to plan your work independently while maintaining good relationships with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
You will also be an extended arm of our digital operations organization and work to optimize the properties' operations. This includes monitoring energy efficiency and the digital monitoring system.
Contribute to improving our AI bot by providing valuable input, so it becomes even better at handling service requests and streamlining management.
The role can develop and adapt as we grow. If we find the right person, there are opportunities to take on greater responsibility within the company.
We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys a role where you can combine practical work with digital development.
Your tasks will include:
- Supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- Patrolling in and around the properties
- Responsible for following up on ordered work
- Working with planned maintenance and proactive measures
- Inspections of apartments and premises
- Collaboration with our digital operations
- Contributing to the development of our AI bot
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is unpretentious and has experience working as a property technician or repairman within properties and has practical skills in repairs and maintenance, or equivalent education.
You are technically interested and a skilled problem solver who enjoys handling varied tasks and finding solutions in everyday life.
It is an advantage if you have experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within properties and buildings, such as plumbing, electrical work, appliances, or carpentry.
We value a practical and solution-oriented approach where you can quickly identify and address technical challenges. If you also have an interest in digitalization and how technology can be used to streamline operations and maintenance, we see it as a significant plus.
