JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a nurse ready for new challenges? We are now looking for you who want to try working with us at Svartedalen's nursing and care home as one of our colleagues will be on parental leave. You will work in a team of two based at Svartedalsgatan 2. The other team is focused on Solängsvägen's nursing and care home, but we always help each other. Both teams are based at Svartedalsgatan. Our teams consist of 11 nurses with extensive experience and high competence. At our workplace, we have a low staff turnover, we care for each other and work together to provide good and safe care for our patients.

In the role of nurse, you have the opportunity to combine independent work while being part of a cross-professional care team around the patients. You will work as the responsible nurse for about 20 patients. Your tasks include assessing, planning, and structuring work for the individual patient and their relatives based on a person-centered approach. You will follow up and document according to current legislation and our quality registers, as well as guide the nursing staff at the facility. You will work according to a basic schedule, which means you primarily work daytime on weekdays with three to four evenings a month and shifts every fourth weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have previous experience in nursing, that is certainly a plus, but we also welcome you as a newly graduated nurse. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

The role of the nurse requires you to independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks. To provide the best possible care, you also need to have well-developed collaboration skills, as we work in teams around the patients. The meeting with the individual and their relatives is an important part of the work, so we believe it is important that you are attentive and can develop an understanding of the other party's needs and provide a good response.
