Are you open to new job opportunities or can you consider jumping into a job quickly and spontaneously? Then Ready to Start is perfect for you. Being ready to start means that you register in advance as a candidate with us at Lernia. When or if a job that suits you comes up, we will contact you, and hopefully, you can quickly and smoothly start your new job.

How does it work?

You will land on a traditional job advertisement where you will answer some questions. The ad also includes video-based questions where we would like you to record video responses. Once you have answered all the questions, attached the necessary documents, and recorded video clips, you send off your application.

How long do I need to wait for a response?

In our traditional ads, which are clearly linked to a specific position, we guarantee a response. This application is different. It does not target a predetermined assignment and remains on our website for a long time. In other words, there is no end date for the ad, and we cannot guarantee a quick response.
