On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced and dedicated CNC operator who thrives in a role where precision and technology are at the center. Do you have a few years of experience working with NC machines and are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously? Then this could be your next challenge!

This is a direct recruitment where we at Posti Logistics Staffing are solely responsible for the recruitment, and the employment will be directly with the client.

In this role, you will work with programming, setting up, and monitoring NC machines. You will be responsible for the entire manufacturing process, from reading and interpreting drawings to ensuring that the final product meets the highest quality standards. It is a varied role where your contribution is crucial to delivering according to the company's high standards.

As a CNC operator, you will primarily be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining NC machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings.

Perform relevant tasks in the department such as rigging and direct production of components according to given specifications.
Ensure that manufacturing occurs according to specifications and that requirements are followed.
Perform finishing work, such as deburring, polishing, or assembly.
Achieve productivity goals for the department and continuously find improvements and efficiencies.
Act and take responsibility in case of deviations or disturbances.

Other common tasks may include quality control of the manufactured components. As a CNC operator, you must also be prepared to solve minor technical problems and, if necessary, carry out repairs on the machines.

Your Profile

We believe that you who are applying have a couple of years of work experience where you have acquired knowledge about tool selection, cutting data, and clamping, as well as the ability to handle measuring instruments and read drawings. Basic programming understanding is important.

You perform your tasks with great precision and possess a high social competence and ability to collaborate.

You handle the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing and have basic knowledge of English.
