About the position

As a CNC operator with our client, your tasks will include handling and monitoring CNC machines, setting parameters and tools, and conducting quality checks. As a welder, you will read and work from drawings and weld and cut materials with precision (mainly MIG/MAG). You are responsible for ensuring that production meets customer requirements and that the machines operate efficiently and safely.

About you

To fit into this position, it is essential that you are flexible and have a strong work ethic. As a person, you are expected to be a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and to manage your work efficiently. You should also be practical, able to work both independently and in a group, and have good problem-solving skills. The work involves shift work, so you need to be a flexible person who can work nights, days, and evenings. We place great importance on your personal qualities, and we believe that you, as an applicant, are an engaged person who cares about doing a careful job that you can be proud of.

Formal qualifications

Driver's license B & access to a car
Good knowledge of Swedish
Previous experience/education in industry, manufacturing/production

Meritorious

Forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement

To work as a CNC operator or welder with our client, it is required that you, as an applicant, have relevant education or equivalent work experience in the field. It is important that you are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can work independently.
