Tallbackaskolan

At Tallbackaskolan, every student, together with us, should have the opportunity to reach the peak of their potential through knowledge, safety, and joy. In our school, the work on values is genuinely important. Tallbackaskolan is a pleasant unit, for the autumn of -25 Preschool class - grade 6 and Adapted primary school, with about 245 students and 37 staff, located in central Aneby. Students, guardians, and staff are happy and proud that the operations are conducted in fresh, well-equipped school facilities.

The school also houses Tallbackaskolan's after-school care with two departments, Lilla and Stora Tallen, with a total of about 120 students enrolled. Currently, students in grades F-2 attend Lilla Tallen and students in grades 3-6 attend Stora Tallen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the position of teacher in grade 6, you will work closely in a team with three other class teachers in grade 6, which will become four classes with about 20 students each in the autumn. You will work in pairs and be responsible class teachers for your respective classes.

As a teacher, you are engaged, driven, plan, and implement teaching that promotes learning and development among students with full focus on each individual based on their individual conditions. You see language-developing methods as a given, the importance of learning with the whole body, outdoor education, and digital tools both as an asset and a prerequisite for your teaching and formative assessment work. You document and follow up on development and communicate this with students, guardians, and management.

QUALIFICATIONS

You enjoy working with children and are a certified teacher for the middle school with qualifications to teach at least mathematics and science subjects. We wish that you have good experience in leadership and teaching. In addition, we would like you to:

• Have high expectations of students and their ability to develop.
• Have good leadership skills, be responsible, clearly organized, and results-oriented.
• Be attentive to each student's conditions and needs.
• Stimulate students' curiosity and desire to learn.
• Have good collaboration skills and think solution-focused.

You have a good ability to create good relationships and communicate with students, guardians, and colleagues. You find it easy to understand someone else's perspective while maintaining professionalism. You have good subject knowledge and are well acquainted with the school's governing documents.
