At FRAM, we are completely convinced that working in a hotel or restaurant is the most fun job in the world. We are a personal staffing company that works exclusively within the hotel and restaurant industry and view companies and staff a little differently. We appreciate our colleagues and are truly passionate about this.

We have several hundred employees, a dozen at our offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, and we are really doing great.

Of course, we are an authorized staffing company, members of Visita, and connected to collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg, Malmö, and now FRAM has truly established itself here in Stockholm since 2023 with several seasoned colleagues in the office who know the industry in every respect. We are investing heavily, taking no prisoners, and intend to become the undisputed best employer for us industry professionals within the hotel and restaurant sector. Everything we do is transparent, open, honest, and we skip the nonsense.

FRAM only works with serious companies, and we choose who we work with. Our clients range from large corporations, nice neighborhood restaurants, leading hotel chains, good corporate restaurants, arenas, and conference facilities where the common denominator is that they are honest workplaces, whole and clean workplaces with a good level, a pleasant atmosphere, and sound values.

We make no short-term decisions, and everyone who joins us we intend to work with for many years to come, whether they are our colleagues, friends, or our clients.

A JOB THAT MEANS SOMETHING!

Our clients, who are also friends and industry colleagues with the mandate and responsibility to recruit key positions, consistently turn to us at FRAM for incredibly effective recruitments. This mainly involves sharp head waiters, skilled chefs, and competent restaurant managers, but there have also been requests for HR manager positions, GMs, and F&B roles at large companies and nice corporations.

Not to brag, but we have solved a solid number of recruitments since we started here in Stockholm.

We at FRAM completely skip the sales talk with both clients, consultants, and candidates, work transparently, so here at FRAM things usually go quickly and smoothly. We are not wait-and-see types.

Other more traditional staffing and recruitment companies do not pick up the phone or take a job profile unless they get shamelessly paid in advance, skewed guarantees that do not work in reality, sometimes with mediocre delivery. We at FRAM find this incredibly cheeky, unfair to both the client and the employee, which does not promote anyone or the industry in general.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you are like us and are eager, we will schedule a meeting here at our office on Västmannagatan in the city.

You will get to know us, and you will feel our pulse, we will see that you are presentable and know what you are talking about. We will enter you into our business system, start going through your profile, what motivates you, what goals you have, and what you are looking for.

Sooner or later, we will call you about a potential golden job. You will learn everything related to the position, which company it is with, salary level, responsibilities, etc. Since we all speak the same language in this industry, you will more or less immediately know if it is interesting or not. If you want to know more, we will make sure to set up a meeting between you and our contact at the company in question.
