JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of an Occupational Therapist in municipal primary care involves independently assessing, planning, executing, and following up on rehabilitation efforts. You collaborate both internally and externally to meet individual rehabilitation needs. Together with your colleagues in the team, you implement rehabilitation efforts towards a given goal. We meet patients of all ages, with varying resources and needs. You create conditions and act, together with your colleagues, to create value for the patient. You work closely with physiotherapists and nurses and guide care staff. We work with both individuals living in ordinary housing and special housing.

QUALIFICATIONS

You need to be a licensed occupational therapist and be able to plan, coordinate, and communicate rehabilitation needs. You should be able to work independently and collaborate well with colleagues in the team and with other stakeholders. Since the target group is predominantly elderly, competence in this area is desirable. Experience in municipal primary care is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We particularly value good collaboration and organizational skills.

Good computer skills and a B driver's license are required.
